Global Income Fund (OTC Symbol: GIFD) is a closed end fund with the primary and fundamental objective of providing its shareholders a high level of income. The Fund's secondary, non-fundamental, investment objective is capital appreciation. The Fund pursues its investment objectives by investing primarily in a global portfolio of investment grade fixed income securities and closed end funds that invest significantly in income producing securities.

The Fund is non-diversified and may allocate up to 35% of its assets in below investment grade debt. The Fund has paid dividends every year since it was founded in 1983.
